Talent alone is no longer enough. Today’s athletes must be prepared to lead, communicate, adapt, and represent themselves both on and off the field. Next Play was created to give young athletes that advantage.
Through mentorship, leadership development, and real-world skill building, athletes gain the confidence to handle pressure, the discipline to grow through challenges, and the tools to present themselves as leaders in their communities and future opportunities. They learn how to think critically, manage their personal brand, and carry themselves with the professionalism that coaches, colleges, and employers respect.
For parents, Next Play provides something just as important as athletic development—personal growth and character development. The program helps athletes strengthen their mindset, build resilience, and understand the responsibility that comes with being a student-athlete.
When your athlete joins Next Play, they are not just preparing for their next game.
They are preparing for their next opportunity, their next challenge, and their next chapter in life.
Because the most successful athletes don’t just react to what happens in the game—they are ready for the Next Play.
